Your contact information may be publicly visible on our websites, mobile apps, blogs, etc.
All accounts are on a recurring schedule and will be billed annually, semi-annually, and/or monthly in accordance with your account terms until the account has been cancelled.
Please note, this order may only be cancelled if the service has not yet been used in whole or in part, and any cancellation must be made in writing within the first three (3) business days from placing the order.
CANCELLATION OF BILLING
To cancel service you must contact Search Wire via phone or email within 24 hours before the end date of your original contract. Accounts will auto renew if not canceled prior to your contract end date. If you do not receive an email confirmation within one business day please contact us again as your cancellation is not confirmed until you receive written notice from support@hudseeker.com. Monthly contracts bill on the same calendar day each month. For example, if you signed up on January, 10th your bill date will be on the 10th of each month.
If you are in a longer contracted period (such as 6 Months or 1 Year) you may cancel your order at any time although your monthly recurring billing will continue through the duration of your contract term unless you paid upfront for the 6 months or 1 year term. Your terms are included in your Order Confirmation from support@hudseeker.com.

PRICING
Search Wire LLC product's pricing is subject to change (up or down) based on a number of factors such as market conditions, lead flows, longer/shorter contract agreements, etc. Customers will be given notice before an increase and given the option to cancel or continue at the new pricing. Pricing changes will not be made during the duration of a longer contracted period (6 Months or 1 Year).
REFUND POLICY
Our program is nonrefundable. There are only 1 exception in which case an account is eligible for a refund which is as follows:
- As described in the cancellation policy; there is a 3 business day cancellation period for new accounts in which you are eligible for a refund. This refund does not include the setup fee unless you cancel within the same day as you join the program before 5pm PST.
